Item No Trade

"No Trade" indicates that the item can not be given to another PC (Player Character) once it is looted. You can give it to other NPC's (Non-Player Characters) and destroy it, but otherwise it is permanantly yours.

Quest items and Higher Level armors are often flagged No-Trade.
