Mobs
From EQ Clerics Wiki
There are several types of mobs in the game:
- Animals
- Undead
- Life
- Summoned
etc.
This talks a bit about undead mobs and why clerics LOVE to kill them, as well as some locations where you can find undead based on differing levels.
[edit] LIVE MOBS
There are a number of locations (in addition to those above) where a cleric can solo live mobs:

[edit] UNDEAD MOBS
One thing about undead mobs that is cleric friendly - most undead do not run away at low health.
Clerics also receive special spells to deal with undead mobs. We receive dots (damage over time), and undead only nukes that are quick(er) casting than our regular nukes.
Zones where you can find a fair # of undead mobs to kill include:
Early levels -
- Befallen
- The Estate of Unrest
Lower-Mid levels -
- Chardok B
- Tower of Frozen Shadows
- Old Seb
- Charasis (Howling Stones)
- Veksar
Mid levels -
- The Grey (sun reverents around the lake)
- Natimbi
- Noble's Causeway (undead Murkgliders)
- Crypt of Decay
- Plane of Hate
Mid-high levels -
- Arcstone - the undead or horses by the undead camp
- Undershore
- Devastation
- Direwind Cliffs
High levels -
- Loping Plains (skeletons by HoS entrance)
- Hills of Shade
