Notes:

  • Sister Donna is in the Blackstone Camp, roughly the north east corner of it.
  • She despawns after she is hailed, and respawns some time later.
  • She is among the undead humans of the camp; either be invisible versus undead, or pick up the Blackstone Faction modifier neck piece from a mysterious stranger.
